Reesez 2piecez releases viral track "Boss It Up"

Reesez 2piecez is at the forefront of a new generation of female southern rappers who are redefining what is possible and winning the respect of everyone in the game. Based in Meridian, Mississippi, the up and coming artists’ passionate delivery and charismatic in your face style have made her one of the most recognizable names in the region, topping charts in Mississippi while doing features with artists based in Alabama, Georgia, Texas, and Florida. With her newest releases, she is ready to reach a national audience.


Reesez first started rapping back in 2006, but it wasn’t until 2013 that her career really began to take off. After being shot in a gang related incident in which she was an innocent bystander, she found herself in recovery for almost a year. During that time she wrote hundreds of verses and found her voice as an artist. She was still on crutches when she recorded a feature with close friend Edub, which established her local reputations an impossible to ignore talent.


Her first official single, 2016’s ‘So Lit’ was next, followed by debut album “Who TF is Reesez?.” Videos for two of her songs racked up huge streaming numbers and solidified her as a viral star. She has since gone on to release a steady stream of tracks filled with razor sharp rhymes and hard hitting hooks, which have put her on the brink of hip hop fame.
